    Incredible service for a client trip. Although I am not local, Julia took the time to thoroughly explain my options and communication was efficient. The rest of the team was on top of communication as well. They turned out lovely, highly recommend.

    "My cupcakes are moist and delicious. Men love my cupcakes," so said my favorite Golden Girl. She could have been describing the ones that are selling here at Metrotown Cupcakes, which doubles as not only their flagship store, but also the last surviving one in Vancouver. I've been buying from them for years, and the cupcakes have always been soft and fresh. Generously decorated with buttercream frosting and intricately topped off with unconventional items like Hershey Kisses, miniature cookies and cinnamon buns, candied pumpkins and eyes, marshmallows and fruit, these aren't your grandmother's Sunday Cupcakes. I usually buy 6 in a pack, which is plenty to give you a neverending sugar high. Once in awhile, I like to bring a pack into work and watch my coworkers drool over them as I put them on my desk in plain view. It's a great way to get some brownie points with your fellow colleagues. Or make that cupcake points. With new Flavours of the Month being spotlighted alongside their fixed ones, it shouldn't be too hard for you to find one or two cupcakes to bring home with you. They also come in various sizes too, from "mini" which can only be bought in pre packaged increments of 12, to their "classic" which is their regular sized cupcakes that can be bought a la carte for about 5 a piece, to their "Big One", a sizable cupcake two times the size of a regular cupcake selling at about 16. Like a lot of other places, Cupcakes also has a loyalty program that doles out special offers, points that can be redeemed for tote bags or a few dollars off your order, or the biggest reward of all, an actual cake {you'll probably be eating cupcakes for the rest of your life to accumulate the points needed to cash in on this one}. Cupcakes are one of the most accessible desserts around, and this Cupcakes store has capitalized on this. Buy one, buy two, they are all delectable. And isn't that the icing on the cake? Make that cupcake.

    Luiza saved me. I bought a beautiful box of mini cupcakes...the most delicious...I walked away and someone bumped into me. They fell flat!! I was so upset. I went back and Luiza re-iced and replaced the ones that needed it. How amazing! This is exceptional service and lovvvvvve these cupcakes!!! Please try these cupcakes!!! Sooo good! I am so grateful! I gave her the biggest hug. Cupcakes Boss Please recognize her.

    The staff were very friendly and they didn't rush me when I couldn't decide what flavor I wanted to get my friend ( Metrotown was about to close in 4 minutes) plus they put the cake pops all in a bag even though I didn't ask them too.

    This is a go-to for delectable cupcakes! This is no ordinary cupcake! They are way above store-brought cupcakes. If they say its tiramisu or red velvet cupcakes— you will really taste the espresso or light cream cheese. Excellent service today Sept 13 around 5-6pm. I was trying to pick up mini cupcakes, the nice front counter lady helped me out since I want specific flavours like red velvet, tiramisu, vanilla and chocolate. Very helpful. I appreciate it!

    My organization had an event to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, I made a call to request 8 dozens afraid that they were going to ask for more time, but they were so helpful and kind and even offered to customize my order to fit our guest's dietary restrictions (which is a super plus for bakeries which do not often offer any options). I was surprise of how good the cupcakes were, and all the guests seemed to loved them too! I thought quantity would compromise quality but it was definitely not the case as every single one was made with attention to detail and looked unreal! I wish I had more parties to make more orders, but 100% recommend for special events. Attention was also amazing, thank you!!!3
